| React before business runs out of limits
Business reporting tells you exactly how your business is running. But you can’t watch the screen day and night. Monitoring takes care that you and whoever you want is informed immediately once a business indicator is crossing its limit.
Monitoring is watching the thresholds and triggers an alarm list when one of the monitored values exceeds the defined threshold. That means all persons of the alarm list are informed by e-mail, SMS or a process starts to run a sequence of predefined activities.
To monitor KPIs, a threshold can be defined, and filters selected from a list of matching KPI-Value pairs. Monitor Process Phases  Process Phases are defined using metasonic® Build. At Analytics, the only administrative task is to define the alarm list. |
